1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ok10 ("ok10", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ok10 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ok10.club and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on ok10, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ok10's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this document.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation of this document into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotional terms communicated to you at the time an offer is made, constitute the entire agreement between you and ok10 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ok10, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity for commercial purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of ok10, or a close family member (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ok10 Platform via the self-exclusion process, and your account has not been permanently closed by ok10 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds when depositing and wagering — you are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with or do not self-identify as having a problem gambling disorder that would make it inappropriate for you to access gambling services.

2.1 Age Verification

ok10 reserves the right to suspend a player's account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of age verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable forms of age verification documentation include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method used.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ok10 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is each player's individual responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering an account. ok10 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every location from which it can technically be accessed.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access ok10's casino games, sports betting markets, and payment services, you must first register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ok10 Platform. ok10 strictly prohibits the registration of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual. If ok10 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be forfeited, and winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided at ok10's sole discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. ok10 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ok10 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. ok10 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ok10 may at any time, and will always prior to processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ok10 may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the ok10 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ok10 does not apply currency conversion charges for players operating Taka-denominated accounts. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount accepted by ok10 is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification may access higher deposit limits. Current deposit limit schedules are available within the account settings section of the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ok10 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile wallet provider. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your ok10 balance. ok10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system downtime beyond ok10's control.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ok10 to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
• ok10 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the ok10 account holder.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be approved.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices

Players must not use ok10 as a payment processing facility. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to wager, then immediately requesting a withdrawal, constitutes an abuse of the payment system and will result in account suspension. ok10 conducts regular transaction monitoring and reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where suspicious payment patterns are identified.

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

ok10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other occasions). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, certain live dealer games or table games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player is not eligible for a welcome bonus if they have previously held an ok10 account. ok10 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player location, payment method, account activity level, or where ok10 has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus is being claimed abusively or in bad faith.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ok10 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies to meet wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"); colluding with other players to artificially meet bonus conditions. Where ok10 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. Standard bonus validity is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

5.5 Changes to Promotions

ok10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered, except where ok10 identifies abuse or a technical error in the bonus calculation.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

ok10 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the Platform are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose software is subject to independent auditing for randomness and fairness. ok10 does not develop or modify the core game logic of any third-party title.

6.1 Game Integrity

ok10 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable game types to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ok10 or any player. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on the ok10 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games (including live poker or live dealer games) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider knowledge in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent account restrictions.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or technical failure that results in an interrupted game session or an incorrect game outcome, ok10 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. ok10 is not obligated to honour winnings generated during a game malfunction. The decision of ok10's technical team in relation to malfunction incidents is final.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets offered on ok10 — including live cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by individual sport-specific rules available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In cases of event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, ok10 will settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which generally result in void bets and stake refunds where a match does not reach its natural conclusion.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

ok10 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and ok10 provides tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively, regardless of whether they currently experience any gambling-related difficulty.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your ok10 account. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you can spend logged into the Platform in a single session. On reaching the limit, you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Bets that would breach your loss limit will be declined.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, ok10 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from circumventing the exclusion, including flagging any new account registrations associated with your identity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ok10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Engagement in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Account holder being identified as under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against ok10 without legitimate cause.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ok10 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance in the account (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure (whether initiated by ok10 or by the player), all pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the account balance for withdrawal, unless the closure was initiated due to a breach of these Terms, in which case ok10 may at its sole discretion withhold funds pending investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ok10 Platform — including but not limited to the ok10 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text content, graphics, icons, game thumbnails, promotional artwork, and software — is the intellectual property of ok10 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.1 Permitted Use

ok10 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

9.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content or data from the Platform. You must not frame, mirror, or incorporate any portion of the Platform into another website or application without ok10's prior written consent. You must not use ok10's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok10 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, services, or features thereof.

10.1 Platform Availability

ok10 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures, telecommunications disruptions, or circumstances beyond ok10's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, and natural disasters).

10.2 Maximum Liability Cap

Where ok10's liability to a player cannot be excluded by law, ok10's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any and all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Gambling Losses

ok10 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players using the Platform. By registering an account and placing wagers, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the amounts you deposit and wager. You accept sole responsibility for any financial losses arising from your gambling activity on ok10.

11 Amendments to These Terms

ok10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ok10 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon next login. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document.

11.1 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the ok10 Platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact ok10 to close your account.

11.2 Review Responsibility

It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. ok10 recommends reviewing this page each time you access the Platform, particularly prior to making a deposit or claiming a promotional offer, as Terms may be updated between visits.
